Thank you for visiting my office’s website. I have been admitted to the Florida Bar since 1985 and specialize in defending people accused/investigated of violating both state and federal laws. My office has extensive experience in state and federal court at the trial and appellate levels. I have had the opportunity to appear before various district courts of appeal, the Fifth and Eleventh Circuit Court (federal appellate) and have argued before the Florida Supreme Court. I have personally represented thousands of accused citizens and litigated well over 100 felony trials. I have defended numerous complex cases in state and federal court.
