I've been practicing law for over 35 years, and have extensive criminal defense court room experience, and extensive experience in post conviction and appellate matters. I work hard for my clients and try very hard to treat my clients the way I would like to be treated. Although the "office" hours are from 8:30 to 5:00 Monday through Friday, I am available 24 hours a day. Please feel free to call or text my cell phone 407.925.8318.
I look forward to helping you!
Routinely, I hear and read that an accused person won their case because of "legal technicalities". Legal technicalities should be defined as "constitutionally guaranteed rights". Accordingly, your rights under the Constitution and case law are not legal technicalities.
"Luck" is the intersection of preparation and opportunity!
With almost 30 years of personal experience and a family involved in the Central Florida legal community since 1960, if you need legal advice on any matter whatsoever, please feel free to contact me. If my office is unable to assist you in the resolution of your legal problem, I am always happy to assist in making a referral to a qualified and well-respected attorney or law firm.
